When we first got Zara, she was being called "Snowy". She is a very lucky cat because some kind people looked after her after she was dumped outside of an apartment complex and left to fend for herself. She was most likely a beloved pet at one time, as she had been spayed and had a tatoo on her belly, but there is no microchip. Zara will be better suited for a home with older children and maybe a cat, but I don't know about dogs. She is now clean, after spending time under cars and getting motor oil on her fur.
