WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Jacob is a very handsome brown tabby boy, who loves lounging, loves people and other animals too. He is fully vetted and approximately 8 months old. He will ask for affection and talk to you in little chirps. He would make a wonderful addition to any family as an indoor pet.
