WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Shay is a gorgeous female Merle mini Australian Shepherd. She was with a breeder where she had 1 litter. Once it was decided not to breed her anymore she was surrendered to rescue. She us a sweet girl whomis on the tiny side. She has a sweet temperament and loves romping in tge yard. A physical secure fence would be best option fir this girl. Another trained dog in the home is needed to help her learn the ropes. We have started her on leash and crate training. It is going pretty well but will need further training in her new home. Great with other dogs but no kitties for her. Older children only. This breed is not for everyone mental and physical exercise are a must. Shay is now spayed, up to date on rabies and distemper vaccines, tested for heartworm negative and now current on preventatives. She is also microchipped.
