WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Jake is approx 13 - 15 week old Shepherd mix. He is very friendly, loves to give kisses. He came to our rescue along with 12 others from South Carolina. He has had his first vaccine and has been dewormed several times. He is ready to find his new forever family.
