WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Brandon came to our shelter from South Carolina along with 12 others. He is up to date on shots and has been dewormed several times. This boy is very shy but opening up a little more everyday. All are thought to be 13 - 15 weeks old.
