Tawny showed up at a local insurance company's door on a cold January morning, starving and cold.  They took her inside and fed her and called me to pick her up.  She is a very mild-mannered and nice cat, with tidy habits.  The presence of other cats doesn't seem to phase her.  I think she would adapt to most situations given some time.  She is quiet and non-demanding.
