Phoebe is a people cat, but as she has gotten older, she has become intimidated by the other cats and they sense her fear. This causes them to pick on her and she retreats. She would be OK with another quiet, sweet kitty, but not a large multi-cat home. She is fine with the dog. She is a very pretty spotted and striped kitty who needs a lot of attention.
