Lucy is one of the smaller chihuahuas we received as owner surrenders.  She is also one of the more shy ones.  She has a beautiful red coat.  Lucy will run up and kiss your hands and run away.  She does like to be petted and get belly rubs.  Not real keen on being held at this point but she is getting better daily.  She is quite playful and seems to get along with all the other dogs.  She is now up to date on vaccines, current on preventatives, spayed and microchipped.  She is ready to find someone special to call her own.  Due to her size we are looking for a home without small children.  If you are interested in possible adoption please go to www.DelawareRescue.com anc complete the online adoption application.
