WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. We believe she was born approx. 3/18/05. She is a beagle mix. Her and 8 siblings came to the rescue with their mom Angie. They are up to date on shots and on monthly revoloution. She is very sweet and playful
