Meet Charlie, a three year old male Cockapoo, who was rescued from an abusive home where he became very fearful of children and now dislikes them. Other than kids and loud noises, he loves people and gets along well with other dogs and tolerates kitties. Charlie's foster mom has had him neutered, updated on shots and he is on Heartworm preventive. Charlie is looking for a very specific forever home where he can take walks and get in lots of lap-time.
