WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Dewey

Dewey is a beautiful and special young boy. He is an orange and white tabby with big, round copper colored eyes, and a unique meow. Dewey didn't stand much of a chance of being adopted, as he has a chronic respiratory condition that will never go away completely. Dewey's new parents met and fell in love with him instantly! He is their only kitty and they are willing to give him a forever home!
